Fresh blueberries fail quietly. A pallet can look perfect at loading and arrive with soft fruit in the middle two layers, because the fruit was packed warm or the pre-cooling was skipped. Unlike a processed product, there is no way to correct it after the container closes — the only lever is what happens in the four hours after picking.
We supply fresh blueberries from Shandong with field heat removed before packing and the cold chain held through to the container, so that firmness and bloom are still there when the pallet is opened.
Fruit is hand-picked at the firmness and colour stage the market requires, sorted to remove soft, split and immature berries, and packed into punnets or bulk cartons as ordered. Varieties are selected for firmness and shelf life rather than for yield alone, because a berry that travels well is worth more to a buyer than one that fills a punnet beautifully and collapses in transit.
Grading covers berry size, colour, bloom, firmness and freedom from defects. Retail programmes are usually graded tighter than bulk foodservice, and the specification is agreed before picking rather than after packing.

Buyers who need the product out of season usually move to frozen formats. Our frozen vegetable lines and frozen ginger granules run on the same cold-chain and export schedule.
Retail packing is typically 125 g, 250 g and 500 g punnets or clamshells; bulk packing is 1.5 kg and 3 kg cartons to your format. Labels, barcodes and lot coding are applied in-house.
The minimum order is 1 metric ton, which is a practical volume for checking firmness and arrival condition before scaling to a full container. Blueberries cube out before they weigh out, so container loading is confirmed against the pack format at order stage rather than quoted as a fixed tonnage.
We pack under your brand: punnet and clamshell design, printed cartons, barcode and lot coding for traceability, and mixed-item pallets for distributors carrying a range. Artwork is proofed and approved before the first packing run and kept on file so repeat orders match.
Samples can be arranged in season, subject to the grade you need. Each shipment carries commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate, plus food-safety documentation for the schemes our facilities are covered by: ISO, BRC, HACCP, KOSHER, HALAL, NOP, EOS and AIB. Where your market requires a named certificate or a residue-testing protocol for clearance, state it at quotation stage.
Picking, pre-cooling, grading and cold storage take place in Ju County, Rizhao, Shandong, on our own farmland and with contracted growers in the same agricultural belt. Fresh blueberries are highly seasonal — the shipping window is planned against the harvest, and air or reefer options are chosen per destination rather than promised as a standing schedule. Normal lead time is within three weeks of a signed contract where fruit is available, with a seven-day option for urgent windows.
