IQF whole green beans are a textural product. Buyers do not judge them on colour alone: they judge whether the bean still snaps, whether the cut ends are clean, and whether the beans arrive as separate pieces rather than a frozen block. Those three outcomes are decided at blanching and freezing, not at packing.
Whole beans and split (cut) beans are both supplied. The choice usually follows the end use — whole for retail and foodservice presentation, cut for soup, stew and ready-meal lines where the bean is an ingredient rather than the centre of the plate.
Beans are washed, topped and tailed, cut to the agreed length or left whole, blanched to the level the end use requires, and individually quick frozen. Cut lengths follow your specification: 2–3 cm for soups and ready meals, longer cuts for catering and retail packs.
Grading covers the things that show up after defrosting: even colour with no yellowing, clean cut ends, no strings or fibrous pieces, and a firm texture rather than a soft one. A lot that looks right frozen and collapses on thawing has been over-blanched or slow-frozen, and that is a supplier problem rather than something the buyer can correct in the kitchen.
Retail private label — whole beans in 1 kg and 2.5 kg bags under your brand.
Foodservice — bulk packs for side dishes, salads and buffet service with predictable portioning.
Ready meals and soups — cut beans that hold shape through cook-chill and retort.
Distributors — a stable cut and grade specification that can be re-sold without complaint.
Green beans are normally bought as part of a frozen vegetable programme. Our frozen mixed vegetables and frozen green onion run on the same freezing and export schedule, so multi-item orders share one loading plan and one document set.
Standard export packing is 10 kg cartons, with 1 kg and 2.5 kg retail bags for private label. Palletised loading and mixed-carton programmes are quoted with the order.
The minimum order is 1 metric ton per cut specification. Container loading is confirmed against the chosen packing format at order stage, because whole and cut beans pack differently and retail bags cube out differently again.
We pack under your brand: printed cartons, retail bag design, barcode and lot coding for traceability, and mixed-item outer cases for distributors carrying a range. Artwork is proofed and approved before the first run and kept on file so repeat orders match.
Samples are supplied before a bulk commitment — tell us whole or cut, the length, and the tests your lab will run. Each shipment carries commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate, plus conformity documentation for the schemes our plants are audited to: ISO, BRC, HACCP, KOSHER, HALAL, NOP, EOS and AIB. Where your market requires a named certificate for clearance, state it at quotation stage.
Growing, processing and cold storage sit in Ju County, Rizhao, Shandong, with blast freezing before dispatch and no break in the chain between field and container. Because raw material comes from our own farmland and contracted growers in the same belt, the season is planned rather than bought at short notice. Normal lead time is within three weeks of a signed contract, with a seven-day option when a supply window closes unexpectedly.

To quote accurately we need destination port, whole or cut and the length, packing format, expected volume and required certificates. Send them through the enquiry form and the quotation comes back against that specification.
