This is the fine-milled, heat-treated grade for buyers whose specification sheet carries a microbiological clause. The powder is milled to 100–120 mesh and then steam sterilised, which reduces the total plate count without chemical fumigation — no ethylene oxide, no irradiation. The result is a pale buff, silky powder that disperses quickly in liquids and blends evenly into premixes and capsule fill.
Spice brands, beverage premix producers and supplement manufacturers increasingly buy on the microbiological specification rather than on flavour alone. Steam sterilisation addresses that clause directly: the powder is treated with steam under controlled conditions, then packed, and the lot is released against its own Certificate of Analysis.

It is a short, controlled heat treatment applied to the powder. Volatile oil is measured on the finished lot, so you can see the retained value on the Certificate of Analysis before the goods ship.
Yes. This grade is sterilised with steam and is not fumigated with ethylene oxide or irradiated. A process declaration can be provided for EU and US import files.
Particle size and treatment. The 80–100 mesh grade is milled for dry blending; this grade is finer and steam sterilised for liquid systems and micro-sensitive specifications.
