Our dehydrated ginger powder is milled from dried ginger rhizomes (Zingiber officinale) selected from China's main ginger-growing regions. The rhizomes are cleaned, peeled, sliced and dried before grinding, producing a free-flowing powder with a pale yellow-beige colour and a strong, pungent ginger aroma. At 80–100 mesh the powder disperses evenly in dry blends, which is why this grade is the one seasoning houses and food processors specify for repeat production.
Controlled particle size. Milled and sieved to 80–100 mesh so the powder blends without separating in dry mixes.
Clean, pungent aroma. Drying concentrates the pungency of the fresh rhizome; moisture and volatile oil are checked lot by lot.
No additives. 100% ginger — no starch, no added colour, no anti-caking agent.
Export packing. Standard 25 kg multi-wall kraft paper bags with food-grade PE liner; other pack sizes and private-label packing on request.
